He Ambassador of Malaysia to Qatar, Zamshari Bin Shaharan, Visits Arab Private Schools Federation

His Excellency The ambassador of Malaysia to the State of Qatar, Zamshari bin Shaharan, paid a visit to the Arab Private Schools Federation (APSF) office in Doha with the intention of exploring possible collaboration between Malaysian institutions and the APSF.

On June 9, 2024, His Excellency Zamshari bin Shaharan, the Ambassador of Malaysia to the State of Qatar, visited the office of the Arab Private Schools Federation (APSF) in Doha. This significant visit was aimed at exploring potential collaborations between Malaysian universities and the APSF. 

 

Upon his arrival, Ambassador Zamshari bin Shaharan was warmly received by Federation Chairman Dr. Khamis Al Ajmi and other key members of the federation. The meeting focused on discussing avenues for fostering educational ties and creating opportunities for students and educators within the Arab region to benefit from Malaysia's esteemed higher education system. Ambassador Zamshari highlighted Malaysia’s dedication to providing high-quality education and the various programs and scholarships available for international students. He emphasized the mutual benefits of cultural and educational exchanges, which can enrich academic experiences and promote greater understanding between the regions.

 

 Representatives from the APSF expressed a strong interest in establishing partnerships with Malaysian educational institutions. They discussed the potential for student exchange programs, joint research initiatives and academic collaborations that could significantly enhance the educational experiences of their members. The meeting concluded on a positive note, with both parties agreeing to continue discussions and develop formal plans for collaboration. 

 

This visit marks an important step towards strengthening educational ties between Malaysia and the Arab region, paving the way for promising academic exchanges and partnerships. The Arab Private Schools Federation looks forward to the fruitful outcomes of this initiative and remains committed to broadening educational opportunities for its members.
