Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs the refund process for subscription fees paid for access to the Arab Private Schools Federation's membership platform.
Subscription fees paid for access to the Arab Private Schools Federation's membership platform are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests must be submitted via mail to help@arab-psf.com within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase. Refund requests received after this period will not be considered.
Refunds may be granted at the discretion of the Arab Private Schools Federation. Eligibility for refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the refund request.
