Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• You will receive a response within 7 business days regarding the status of your refund request.

Approval and Processing of Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Services that have been fully delivered and accessed.
• Subscription fees after the subscription period has started.
• Any services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of the Portal. These include:

• Partial delivery of the service due to technical issues.
• User cancellation before the service is fully accessed or delivered.
